Welcome - I'm so glad you're here.
Since 1998, I've been offering specialized wellness services rooted in tradition, compassion, and holistic healing. My journey began with a certification in Shiatsu at the Shiatsu Institute and Therapy Center in San Francisco, where I was first introduced to Amma - a traditional Japanese massage rooted in the principles of Chinese medicine. After completing my initial training, I continued studying Amma with two directors of the Amma Institute, and later pursued additional certification through TouchPro International in seated chair massage. In 2004, I took ownership of Touch Wellness, a workplace wellness company, and expanded its services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, supporting employees with massage, ergonomic coaching, and health education.
Amma massage - offered both as a full-body table session and sesated chair massage - uses rhythmic, acupressure-based techniques to stimulate energy pathways, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. In addition to fine-tuning this modality over decades of practice, I've trained with the late Irene Smith, a pioneer in massage for the dying, gaining deep experience in providing compassionate touch to those in hospice home care settings. My work has supported hundreds of clients, from busy professionals at desks to fragile individuals seeking comfort and relief.
In recent years, my passion for wellnessness has also expanded into holistic health coaching, integrating organic superfood nutrition and frequncy-based therapies. I believe that healing can take many forms - and often, the one you resonate with most is the most powerful. I'd love to connect and explore how we can support your wellness together.
